Mike and his team worked with us to redo a small and awkwardly sized bathroom, to include the shower, floor, and shower basin. He also touched up our main bathroom. Mike is extremely responsive and came the same day I called to view our bathroom and provided a reasonable quote that addressed our needs completely. He and his team showed up on time, worked hard, and were professional - even enjoyable - to have in our home. Additionally, Mike worked well with our other contractors to coordinate plumbing and drywall work in the same area of our house. Mike also provided us with sage advice, was able to adjust his work around issues with our other contractors, and delivered creative solutions when we encountered issues with our shower pan and drain. The work completed is excellent, detailed, exactly what we wanted - and even better - in some areas. Mike is one of the most professional contractors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. After going through several tile contractors over the past few years for the business that I manage, Mike is my favorite! I manage a float spot which is not an easy environment on tile (literally tons of salt.) Mike has worked with us to figure out what works best for our environment, and that kind of customized approach has been vital for optimally maintaining our facility - and preventing future tile issues.
